Whether you are going through a separation or divorce or another life changing event, we all need time out to reflect on how, where, with whom we would like to be living our lives. Many people are unaware of their own life values and sometimes end up living their lives through someone elses values, dreams or desires. You can find out what your own life values are through Life Coaching and start living a happier, more fulfilling life.

The first session is always free of charge and subsequent sessions are booked and paid for in advance.

It is recommended that you have 6 sessions for significant long term improvements.
