        professionalism

I will encourage you to have faith in yourself and to believe in yourself

I will challenge any self deceptions that hinder your progress and 

        ultimate goals

I will work with you to define a plan of action achieving your goals and

       desires

I will treat all information discussed with you or written to you with

       confidentiality;

        I will not divulge any part thereof to any third party (Data Protection Act

       1974/1998 amendments) excluding the Police and any legal body.

I will recommend the services of other professional or institutions

        appropriate to your outcomes

I agree to coach you to the best of my ability with 100% energy and

       commitment

Client Code of Conduct

You will be prepared to work on all areas of your life

You will always be prepared for the coaching call at the agreed time

You will arrange for payment to be made in advance of all coaching calls

You will give me 48 hours notice if a session needs to be rescheduled

You agree that I can challenge you, if you are deceiving yourself or any

        areas I see appropriate to do so and will carry out any challenges or

        assignments , within our agreed timescale
